Returning an Item

Once you notify us of your cancellation, the item must be returned within 14 days.

• Unless free returns were explicitly offered at the time of purchase, return postage is your responsibility.
• Please use a tracked delivery service and retain proof of postage.

We are unable to issue refunds for:

• Items not received
• Items returned after the 14-day return window

Refunds

• If your order has not yet shipped:
  A full refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.
• If your order has shipped:
  A refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or valid proof of return.

All refunds are issued to your original payment method.

• Items that are used, damaged, or incomplete may be subject to a partial refund or no refund, depending on their condition.
• We will refund standard delivery charges only.
  Any additional costs for express or timed delivery services are non-refundable.
